Back home and back to work almost two weeks. Almost seems like we were not gone especially coming home to record heat in central TX of 108f on day back. I guess leftover weather from the backside of hurricane Rita. Fortunately the two
alpacas survived the heat along with the colored angora goats. Mostly they stayed in the shade or at the barn with fans on. The alpaca also enjoyed the water sprinkler intermittently.
